My 2016 Subaru Outback’s battery was simply too small, so I upgraded it considerably !!
This is a real world demonstration of my 2016 Subaru Outback’s XMode feature. I help mow the RC Plane field for our local LPRCFlyers.com flying club. This field is located on a reclaimed coal mining site near the top of a ridge. I’m REALLY impressed by how well my Subaru Outback can tow my utility […]
Wow, when you have a moment, please be sure to take time to watch this video from Peter Sripol. You may remember him from the older Flite Test videos wherein he created many unique, and sometimes very large, foam-board RC planes. Well, now he has totally designed and scratch built his very own full scale […]
Well, the camping box that I’m building, for my cargo hitch carrier, is about 99% completed now. This was my first time ever trying the “poor man’s fiberglass” method to make the box weatherproof. I think it came out pretty good. Here’s a nice video of how it turned out up to this point!

Took the Outback on an adventure ride with my buddies last weekend. It was my best day ever. Click the play button below for a video of our adventure!.

The Opterra is one of the best planes I’ve ever flown. Here’s some footage I took late today. In actuality, I waited till almost too dark to take the video. I’ve tried to brighten it up the best I could. Enjoy!
The E-flite Opterra is a wonderful flyer if properly balanced. In this video I show the CG settings that I use with mine and offer up a couple of detailed FPV camera and battery configuration settings.
My Wife purchased a Keurig K450 recently. The Keurig K450 does not have enough room under the brew area to fit my tall Contigo 20 ounce travel mug. However, I made a simple spacer out of some scrap 3/4″ wood (see it at the bottom of the Keurig in my pictures below). This mere 3/4″ […]
